Business Problem: Employees are not being productive due to lack of collaboration and cooperation. There is low job satisfaction and employees feel a high workload.
Solution: Increase productivity by 80% and promote collaboration. For the company, success will look like employees are collaborating in their specific teams and are being productive.

Process: I analyzed the factors that caused staff agency employees to have lack of collaboration, poor communication and not being very productive in the workplace. After research, I developed scenarios that were mentioned by the SME and created the design document and storyboard to provide more details. After the implementation of the training, I would evaluate the results of the training using:
Kirkpatrick's level 2 of evaluation: This would consist of two scenario based ungraded knowledge checks and a final graded assessment at the end of the training. The final graded assessment would include 5 questions, with a passing score of 80%. The questions would be based on common scenarios that may happen in the staffing agency.
Kirkpatrick's level 3 of evaluation: This would consist of learner's observations after three months and interviews with the general manager to see how the learners have progressed.

Audience: Retail sales associates.
Business Problem: Employees are not responding appropriately to violent situations. They do not know how to handle escalating situations, do not know how to report a violent situation and active shooters.
Solution: Prevent and report any violent situations including active shooters, if they occur. For the company, success would look like all employees are capable of handling, confronting, and reporting any violent situation that occurs in their store.
